2 good days in a row…… 😁

WalkFit workout ✔️ Calories counted, sleep tracked. Productive day at work – spent some of the day doing sports activity which I enjoy and it’s good for me (mentally and physically) 😊 stayed on track when I got home – did some chores, cooked tea, didn’t get sidetracked by gaming or tv.

The real question is :-

Are good days something I can ‘control’ (ie make happen) or am I just at a good point in my cycle? I’m hopeful that the lifestyle changes I’m trying to make a least have some impact and influence on my mood and outlook on life!
