Woke up 1/2hr before alarm, used the time to read some of my cyclothymia workbook – this made me feel proactive and like I was starting the day well. Up at 6am, WalkFit, dressed, washed and ready for the day. My positive mood stayed with me all day 😊 have spent the last hour relaxed and reading, just firing off this post and then sleep 😓 let’s hope my positive mood stays around for a bit now!
