Today has been a good day again, so why am I soooooo tired?! Not sure if that’s a cyclo-thing or not 🤔 I’m not just tired it’s like I’ve been drugged and yet still somehow wide awake!
Actually that leads me to another question I have been pondering….. ‘What is normal? Or rather what is my normal? I had an interesting conversation with my husband and I asked him if he could tell when I was cycling down and he said not always, but that he could always tell when I was manic. The thing with that is when I’m manic, that feels normal to me 😳🤦🏻♀️ so how do I identify what my ‘normal’ should look like? 🤔
Diary check in’s – WalkFit work out completed, blog entry completed. Next aims monitoring sleep patterns and trying to eat better. The eating better is going to be tough. I have a sweet tooth and when I cycle down I can’t be arsed to cook 😐 but these are the habits I need to try to change.
Right time to try to sleep, my cat has come to lull me to sleep with his cuddles and purring, so with any luck I’ll be in the land of nod soon. Catch you tomorrow!
